Why we stay small
Most software problems we are called into are not green-field. They are a business running on something that has quietly become a liability — an Access database on one laptop, a paper workflow, a month-end close that takes a week and breaks every time.
Work like that is unforgiving of inexperience. It requires someone who can read an undocumented system, find the business rules nobody wrote down, and replace it without stopping the business for a day. That is a senior skill, and it does not scale by adding headcount.
So we do not. We keep the team small enough that everyone who touches your system understands all of it, and we use modern AI tooling to cover the ground a larger team would otherwise be hired to cover.
