Most AI projects disappoint because they start with the technology and go looking for a problem. We start with a process you already run — quoting, intake, scheduling, compliance review, month-end reporting — and find the places where people spend hours on work a model can do reliably, and the places where it cannot.

What comes out of that is rarely a chatbot. It is usually a step inside an application you already use that quietly got faster: a document that arrives already classified and keyed in, a search that finds the right record first time, a draft a person reviews instead of writes. The people doing the work keep the judgement; the repetitive part stops eating their day.

We build on Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI, which keeps your data inside your own Azure tenant, under the security, compliance and network boundaries you already operate. Nothing is handed to a third-party service to train on.

A typical build indexes your systems of record into Azure AI Search, retrieves only the material relevant to each request, and passes that to a model in Azure OpenAI. Keeping retrieval and generation separate is what makes the result trustworthy: answers stay grounded in your own data, cite where they came from, and can be audited after the fact — you can see what the model was given and why it responded as it did.

Then we integrate it into what you already run — line-of-business web apps, ERPs, document stores, internal APIs — rather than asking your team to adopt yet another tool.
